Sunset Electric is a unique apartment building in Seattle’s Pike-Pine Corridor. The eponymous building façade was retained in the development, and the new structure was designed with an industrial aesthetic to complement the historic architecture and the surrounding neighborhood. Turnstyle worked together with the architects to create a logo and visual system that complements the building’s industrial chic style. The result is an identity that embraces the Capitol Hill's rugged, urban character while projecting the refined style of the residences.
