Investing in Human Potential

Vulcan Real Estate

Brand Identity and Website

Vulcan Real Estate was challenged to evolve from a Paul Allen–centric visionary developer to an enduring, institutional brand, signaling independent leadership, long‑term stability, and a clear strategy for the Pacific Northwest and beyond. With a strong foundation in providing live/work space to Seattle’s burgeoning information economy, VRE’s position—Ingeniously Invested—was adopted to appeal to those who embrace the potential of human creativity and the importance of a “development dividend”—their enduring commitment to the welfare of humanity and the planet through their sister organization, Allen Family Philanthropies.
